Welcome to our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🛍 Product Information

  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

📦 Orders & Delivery

  • All orders are subject to confirmation and product availability.
  • Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to external factors.
  • Shipping begins only after the order is confirmed.

💳 Payments

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, Nagad, and Bank Transfers.
  • Partial advance payment is required for orders outside the main Dhaka City area.
  • 30%–50% advance payment is required if you have previously failed to receive a delivery.

🔁 Return & Refund

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is incorrect or defective (see our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Products must be returned unused, sealed, and in original condition.

আমাদের অনলাইন স্টোরে অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলিতে সম্মতি দিচ্ছেন:

🛍 পণ্যের তথ্য

  • পণ্যের বর্ণনা ও ছবি যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করা হয়, তবে সব তথ্য শতভাগ নির্ভুল হবে তার গ্যারান্টি আমরা দিতে পারি না।
  • মূল্য ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

📦 অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি

  • অর্ডার গ্রহণযোগ্যতা ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে।
  • ডেলিভারি সময় আনুমানিক এবং বাহ্যিক কারণে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
  • অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরই শিপিং শুরু হয়।

💳 পেমেন্ট

  • আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি, বিকাশ, নগদ ও ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার গ্রহণ করি।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে অর্ডারের জন্য আংশিক অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন।
  • যদি পূর্বে আপনার ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হয়ে থাকে, তবে ৩০%–৫০% অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট প্রয়োজন হবে।

🔁 রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড

  • শুধুমাত্র ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য হলে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য (দেখুন রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড নীতিমালা)।
  • পণ্য অবশ্যই ব্যবহার না করা, সিলবদ্ধ ও মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।

📢 দায় পরিত্যাগ

  • ডেলিভারি সার্ভিসের কারণে যেকোনো দেরি, ক্ষতি বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত অবস্থার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
  • স্বাস্থ্য সাপ্লিমেন্টের কার্যকারিতা ব্যক্তিভেদে ভিন্ন হতে পারে। ব্যবহারের আগে বিশেষজ্ঞ পরামর্শ নিন।
